Description

The Department of Linguistics at the University of Toronto is hosting the 2nd Annual Buffalo-Toronto Workshop on Linguistic Perspectives on Variation Within and Across Languages

The goal of this workshop is to bring together linguists from all sub-disciplines whose research addresses linguistic variation and language diversity broadly construed, including work making use of sociolinguistic, historical, experimental and comparative approaches, among others. All theoretical perspectives are welcome.
